Porto is once again among the nominees for ‘Best European Destination’.
Portugal’s second largest city has been awarded the title twice (in 2012 and 2014) but has tough competition this year, pitching against London, Madrid and Amsterdam.
Anyone can place their votes online until Friday, February 10 (www.europeanbestdestinations.com). The city with the most votes will then be crowned the winner.
Last year the title went to Zadar (Croatia). Azores, the only Portuguese nominee, finished fifth.
