While the second division managerial merry-go-round has almost come full circle, Portimonense are yet to announce who will be in charge of first team affairs next season.
The resulting uncertainty at the club is reflected in conflicting reports as to which players are prepared, or even desired, to stay and who is leaving – one such example concerns first choice keeper Márcio Ramos, unveiled as a Santa Clara signing earlier this week, but de facto still in Portimão awaiting developments. Meanwhile, definitely surplus to requirements are attacking midfielder Quinaz and forward Anselmo, both of whom have not been asked to sign new contracts.
