Dear Editor,
I have written to you before about the state of Portimão’s roads, many of which are filled with potholes which have cost me brand new tyres in the past.
I’m writing again because now a friend of mine has also just had to buy new tyres due to the horrific state of local roads.
Maybe it’s time for the town hall to seriously look at this issue, especially since it has just received a new loan!
