Portimão is offering its citizens aged 60 and older the opportunity to receive a free flu vaccine at eight local pharmacies. They must be registered with the national health service (SNS).
Free flu jabs continue for those aged between six months and 60 with chronic illnesses, those aged over 65, pregnant women, health professionals, firefighters, daycare and kindergarten workers and prison staff.
Participating pharmacies are Moderna, Pedra Mourinha, Central, Carvalho, Rosa Nunes, Amparo, Arade and Portimão Villa.
