In a bid to celebrate the national Eurobirdwatch initiative, Portimão council is hosting a birdwatching walk on Saturday (September 30) in the Ria de Alvor estuary.
The walk will be guided by the council’s biologist. It is free but those interested must sign up before midday on Friday.
The rendezvous point is at the Quinta da Rocha parking lot at 9.30am.
