The online portal for people to sign up for vaccines is inching closer but still not up and running. Talking at the meeting of experts at Infarmed today, vaccine coordinator vice-admiral Gouveia e Melo said it is still under construction – and for those who cannot navigate the Internet, parish councils, volunteer firefighters, the PSP and GNR will all be able to help. The objective is “that no-one is left behind”, he said.
