Porches’ new bicycle route should be up and running by the end of the month, the local parish council has announced.
It will link the village to the Cepsa petrol station – and plans are to create another path between Senhora da Rocha and Armação de Pêra by 2017.
The path was one of the most voted projects of Lagoa’s Orçamento Participativo 2014, which allowed citizens to present and vote for their own initiatives.
