Vila Vita’s Summer Pink Pool Party featuring Chef Kiko Martins
As part of its 30th anniversary celebrations, Vila Vita Parc in Porches will mark the arrival of summer on June 21 with the ‘Summer Pink Pool Party’ featuring well-known Chef Kiko Martins.
The resort promises “a party atmosphere full of colour and lots of refreshing exotic flavours”.
Taking place on the longest day of the year, the Summer Pink Pool Party welcomes the season in “shades of pink, reminiscent of the beautiful sunsets in the Algarve”.
The entire lower floor of the Clubhouse will be dressed in pink – “the Infinity Pool with its sun loungers, the Pool Bar, the cocktails, the restaurant Whale, the lights and even the entertainment planned for the evening”.
At Whale restaurant, dinner will be prepared by the resident chefs Anthony Poirot and Sérgio Duarte, along with Chef Kiko Martins who will combine the fresh and exotic flavours of Portuguese and Asian dishes such as the ‘Ceviche de Lírio’ from Azores and ‘Tuna Belly Tostada’.
Starting at 6.30pm, the Summer Pink Pool Party is €135/pp (including selected drinks) and is suitable for children aged 12 and over. The dress code calls for a ‘touch of pink’.
