ONLINE READERS were firmly divided over the Portuguese and Italian Prime Ministers’ view that a new constitution for the European Union should be drawn up during Portugal’s rotational presidency.
A total of 44 per cent were not in agreement with the proposal while 41 per cent thought it would be a good move. Meanwhile, 15 per cent did not care or had no opinion on the matter.
