AN OVERWHELMING majority of online readers believe that it is unacceptable for Portuguese traditions in the food industry to be lost because of the strict implementation of the new EU food hygiene regulations.
A total of 65 per cent of voters said it was not right for culinary traditions to be lost due to the new regulations, while 30 per cent believed that it was acceptable and five per cent were unsure or did not have an opinion.
