PSP police carried out a surprise swoop on Portimão’s São Martinho fair on Tuesday, November 8, having seized 389 counterfeit items.
Among the confiscated items were clothing, shoes and personal accessories which “illegally displayed duly registered brands.”
Five men, aged 34 to 41, were named ‘arguidos’ (official suspects) for crimes against industrial property, the police force said in a statement.
