A 24-year-old man was arrested on Thursday, November 11, after several underage girls denounced him for allegedly masturbating near Portimão’s Manuel Teixeira Gomes secondary school.
The students reported the incident to PSP police who arrested the man shortly after.
National tabloid Correio da Manhã writes that it was not the first time the man was seen “showing his genitals and masturbating near the school”.
