LAGOS POLICE recently arrested a couple, caught dealing heroin. The couple, residents of Lagos, would buy the drug and prepare it for direct sale to drug addicts in the city centre.
After catching the two in the act of trafficking the drug, police proceeded to raid their home, where they found 100 doses of heroin, as well as various objects and utensils associated with the preparation and supply of drugs. Various mobile phones, watches, cameras and jewellery were also seized, items that the couple were likely to have received as a form of payment for the drug. The detainees will shortly appear in court.
