Portugal’s prime minister António Costa is meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmygal via videoconference this morning to “discuss relations between Portugal and Ukraine and the effects of the war in Ukraine. Tomorrow Mr Costa will be taking part, again virtually, in the International Conference of High Level Donors to Ukraine – coordinated via Warsaw. The objective of the conference is to raise funds to help the humanitarian disaster prompted by Russia’s invasion.
