Portugal’s PM António Costa is already in Lithuania – ahead of the NATO summit in Vilnius, starting tomorrow – in order to visit Portuguese military taking part in the Air Force mission patrolling allied air space. The prime minister will meet with the 118 soldiers stationed in Lithuania, with five of the country’s F16s, integrated within Baltic Air Policing (BAT), the responsibility for which Portugal currently shares with Romania.
