PM announces 2nd tranche of PRR funding “arriving soon”

PM António Costa told a meeting in Vila Franca de Xira today that – contrary to mutterings within the corridors of power – the European Commission believes Portugal “has been one of the countries with the best level of execution” of PRR (recovery and resilience funding), and “with the least number of irregularities”. The secretary general of the PS Socialist party referred to the “model for the separation of powers constructed by his party”, says Lusa, adding that the PM’s overall message is that the second tranche of PRR funding should be arriving “very soon”.
