I really wish the government would move ahead with the privatisation of the postal company CTT and consequent liberalisation of this market.
I work for a company that is visited by the postman every day and we have used CTT for far too many years now.
In his last visit to our office, the postman was so rude we were tempted to throw him out.
He was basically instructing our colleague in reception on how we need to give our postal address to clients as it was wrong. We either followed CTT instructions (which were all new to us) on the way to write postal addresses on envelopes or he would stop delivering mail to us!
Let’s hope they privatise the company soon so that attitudes change.
