NORTHWEST AIRLINES, in the US, cancelled a flight after the pilot cursed at a passenger.
The pilot was confronted after he had been swearing loudly in the lavatories and verbally attacked the passenger. Police arrived and the flight was cancelled. The airline paid for the passengers’ meals, overnight hotel stay and compensated them for the inconvenience.
