A FLIGHT from Bournemouth, southern England, was forced to return to the runway shortly after take-off because the plane flew into a huge swarm of bees.

When the engine surged, the pilot decided to turn back to complete safety checks. After it was deemed safe, the flight, bound for Faro, took off again. Many large swarms of bees have been seen around Bournemouth lately.
