It is time to dig out your air guitar, don your leathers and prepare to rock out as rock legends Deep Purple take to the stage in Lisbon.
British rockers Deep Purple will be coming to perform in Portugal on July 14 at the Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon as part of their Raptures of the Deep World Tour.
Pioneers of hard rock, the band, renowned for the legendary hit Smoke on the Water, have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide since forming in 1968 and were once listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s loudest band.
The opening rift to Smoke on the Water has become synonymous with all things rock and generations of music fans have enjoyed their brand of heavy metal, with the band being credited as one of the first bands in the world to play this type of music.
