The most vibrant place at Pine Cliffs Resort and a must-visit gastronomic spot in town is back. MIMO Algarve, located at the resort’s Lemon Square, reopened in April 2022. The soft opening happened with the Espresso Bar (a new offering for 2022) and the Gourmet Shop with new local products that showcase the best the region, and the country, have to offer.
While the Espresso Bar serves freshly baked artisan pastries and signature coffees, ideal to get you going in the morning or enjoy a break during the day underneath the Lemon Trees; at the local Gourmet Shop you will find their favourite products from all over Portugal, handmade in small batches. From artisanal ceramics to regional delicacies or locally sourced “Vale do Freixo” products (including olive oil, honey, aromatic herbs, teas, and delicious jams). These local goods are perfect for home cooking or as a souvenir. Both their indoor and outdoor facilities, with a beautiful terrace seating area, are ready to welcome any guest. The look and feel is fresh, modern, and energetic.
Day & night venue
By day, MIMO Algarve will work as an Espresso Bar, Gourmet Shop and Cooking School, where recipes are learned and secrets about food and drinks are revealed. By night, the Lemon Square will get even brighter and more appealing: it will be possible to taste wines and tapas on the terrace, or make a reservation for the prestigious Chef’s Table, which presents a special menu with wine pairing, fit for the gods. Dates for the Cooking School, Wines & Tapas, and the Chef’s Table experiences are to be announced shortly.
Open to both guests of the resort, and the public in general, MIMO Algarve at Pine Cliffs Resort, also offers activities for groups, corporate events, or team buildings. Well worth a visit!
