Pine Cliffs Resort in Albufeira has announced the full programme for its Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival which starts today (May 9) and runs until May 14.
The festival will again welcome some of the top international names in the jazz, soul and funk music scene, giving the audience an opportunity to listen to some of the world’s best music in a perfect clifftop setting, say organisers.
Some of the musicians taking part in the festival include American urban jazz composer, Paul Jackson Jr, American saxophonists Everette Harp & Andy Snitzer, and Gerald Albright, American jazz saxophonist and winner of two Grammys, among other famous jazz music artists.
Says the resort, guests can opt for special packages specifically for the Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival: ‘Platinum’ (six nights with breakfast and dinner), ‘Gold’ (five nights with breakfast and dinner), ‘Silver’ (four nights with breakfast), ‘Bronze’ (three nights with breakfast) or ‘Individual’ (two nights with breakfast). Single concert tickets, costing between €35 and €89, are also available, and can be purchased online.
