Albufeira resort plans several events to mark occasion
Pine Cliffs Resort in Albufeira is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a range of events and the launch of a promotional video entitled ‘The Meaning of Life’.
The video showcases the variety of experiences that can be enjoyed at the resort, from delicious meals and stunning pools to the region’s world-famous beaches.
The anniversary is also being celebrated with the reopening of Mimo Algarve, which offers “several gastronomic experiences in one space.”
During the day, it operates as an Espresso Bar, a novelty for this anniversary year, and a Gourmet Store with fresh local products which aim to “promote the region”. Mimo Algarve’s culinary school will also reopen soon, allowing guests to learn new recipes.
At night, the space will give guests the opportunity to enjoy wines and ‘petiscos’ (tapas) and also book a spot at the Chef’s Table, which will offer a special wine pairing meal.
The anniversary agenda also includes the second Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival (May 3 and 8), an event that will allow guests to enjoy live music whilst taking in the stunning views of the sea.
Details on other events, such as the reopening of the revamped Zest restaurant, Pine Cliffs Summer Night, Full Moon Party and Christmas Market, are due to be announced later.
