Enjoy a picnic at the Fontes in Estômbar tomorrow (Saturday) and raise funds for unprivileged people in the Algarve.
The event, titled ‘Picnic in the Park’ and starting at 6pm, is being held by Castelo de Sonhos, the charity supporting children and families in situations of poverty.
Guests are all asked to bring along a picnic and an umbrella to slot into their table, which will be provided for them.
The fundraiser will feature live music and laughter with Susanna Wilson and Danny Maverick, as well as a tombola and raffle.
The enthusiastic organisers said: “Come along and have a fantastic evening in the Sítio das Fontes, now offering a beautiful venue after extensive renovations and plenty of parking.
“The barbecues will be fired up ready for your cook-out and there will also be the opportunity for a swim in the Fontes.”
Entry will cost €5 and all proceeds will go to Castelo de Sonhos.
