Photographic assistance sought

The Association of the Friends of the Waterloo Committee is compiling a register of all the Peninsular and Waterloo memorials in existence.

The association is aware of 12 graves from this period in the British Cemetery in Lisbon, and it would very much like to have photographs of them. If anyone is willing to undertake this task, please contact Nick Hallidie, Quinta Vale de Marmelos, 7350-111 Elvas. Telephone 963 037 633 or email: [email protected]

Mr Hallidie has a list of the graves and their numbers as well as details of two First World War graves that the Imperial War Museum would like photographed. Canon Michael Bullock has agreed to assist with access to the cemetery.
