A 25-year-old man was arrested by PSP police on Saturday afternoon (November 21) after refusing to pay his taxi fare and stealing the taxi driver’s mobile phone.
The man was caught hiding in the WC of a train at Lagos’ railway station.
According to Correio da Manhã, police believe the man had already broken into a car and stolen another phone on the same day before the incident.
He is expected to be heard in court today.
