The second phase of Portugal’s slow deconfinement is to be revealed on April 1, minister for the  presidency Mariana Vieira da Silva has announced today. Despite the worrying increase in Portugal’s Rt (transmission), politicians “understand that we have conditions to continue”, she has said. It is unclear whether the next steps will follow the plan outlined by the prime minister 10 days ago (click here).
