On the basis that nothing should be discussed before the new round of voting by emigrés in Europe (click here), the Permanent Commission – the body headed by President Marcelo, when parliament is not functioning – does not plan to hear any explanations for the fiasco from minister for interior administration Francisca Van Dunem until March 15 (by which time the repeat round of voting will have been carried out).
