A 65-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of producing and selling drugs after police found 14 cannabis plants in his home in Odiáxere, Lagos.
The plants were at an “early stage of development” and in evidence in several parts of the house, including his backyard, say reports.
GNR police are also understood to have confiscated a small amount of cannabis seeds.
According to national tabloid Correio da Manhã, the man has been on police radar “for some time”.
