A 71-year-old man was arrested last week for the second time in three months for illegally growing cannabis at his home in Aljezur.
Equipped with two search warrants, the criminal investigation unit of the Portimão GNR searched the man’s house and seized 70 cannabis plants, 1,650 doses of cannabis, 19 syringes with cannabis oil, a digital scale and three mobile phones.
He had already been arrested in July after police seized 270 cannabis plants at his home.
