POLICE IN Germany have arrested a 60-year-old landlord and charged him with invasion of privacy after a tenant discovered bugging devices while she was cleaning her flat.
Police found cameras and microphones in the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. They found similar spying material in another flat he owned. The landlord later admitted that he had been watching and recording tenants and guests for 10 years. He had taped at least seven current and previous tenants, and an unknown number of their guests.
