A TEENAGER in Singapore has been banned from owning a camera phone after he was caught using it to film women in an airport toilet.
The 19 year old, Samuel Ong, sneaked into a toilet in Changi Airport and used his camera phone to take photos of unsuspecting women while they were using the facilities.
Ong pleaded guilty to the charges against him and has been ordered to do 60 hours of community service, observe a curfew and complete a programme of psychiatric treatment as reported by the Straits Times.
The lawyer representing Ong pleaded for leniency saying he was a good student and he regretted bringing shame on his family.
