PCP’s Avante festival will not be restricting entry to fully-vaccinated

For the time being, Expresso reports the Avante! Festival, held annually in Seixal at the beginning of September by the PCP (communist party), will not be restricting entry to people who have been fully-vaccinated. The event this year is scheduled to take place on the weekend of September 3-5. Pandemic-led restrictions will be in place – but proof of vaccination is “simply a recommendation”, not a rule.
