PCP HQ vandalism: police admit “little we can do to identify those responsible”

The wave of attacks on PCP (communist party) premises, following the party’s position regarding Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, has seen police admit that there really is very little they can do to try and identify those responsible, even though social media is peppered with messages between supporters of what Expresso calls “the extreme right”, delighting in the vandalism, and giving “congratulations to the authors”. One of the many problems in identifying those responsible, say police sources, is the lack of CCTV cameras overlooking the addresses that have been daubed.
