Payments app Revolut is to open a customer operation centre in Porto which will create 400 jobs.
The company is described as ‘opening 1,000 accounts each day ’ in Portugal.
Revolut’s business centres on allowing customers to “spend money across the globe at real-time exchange rates”. The ‘Revolut card’ is billed as “a great way to exchange money to local currencies while you are in a foreign country”.
