The Portuguese government’s motion for a resolution to adopt the revised Council of Europe Convention on cinematographic co-production – which extends its scope to non-European countries – has been approved by a majority in parliament. The diploma saw votes in favour from the parliamentary groups of PS, PSD, Chega, Iniciativa Liberal, PAN and Livre, with abstentions of PCP communists and Bloco de Esquerda.
