The Portuguese Parkinson’s Association held a conference in the Cultural Centre at Vila do Bispo.
Organised and presented by the Chairman of the Barlavento Algarve Branch, José Luís Mota Vieira, the event featured a number of speakers.
Books, leaflets, newsletters, magazines, fact sheets and fund raising items were also made available to attendees. The next conference is being planned for the end of 2008 and will be held in Monchique.
