Paris-Beja

Monday saw the first charter flight between Paris and Beja in a new service that estimates it will carry as many as 40,000 tourists per year. The flights, in the hands of French tour operator GPS Tour, were due to start at the beginning of May, writes Correio da Manhã, but ended up being fast-tracked, with the first one arriving at 10.15am. The service will now continue weekly until October, flying out of Charles de Gaulle airport and passing through Nantes.
