THE PARENTS’ Association of Vale Verde International School is organising a Gala Day at Parque da Floresta, on Saturday, April 29, with plenty of activities planned for the day.
A golf tournament, tennis for both juniors and adults, junior five-aside football and an art exhibition featuring work by local artists and pupils from Vale Verde and Núcleo de Educação da Criança Inadaptada (NECI) in Luz make up the list of activities that visitors will be able to enjoy. A dinner dance followed by a grand raffle and auction will end the day in style, with proceeds going towards additional art and science facilities for the school, and a donation to NECI.
