“Papas de Milho”, a traditional Portuguese dish that is best described as a kind of corn porridge, will be the theme of a gastronomic event that will be held between Friday, May 31 and Sunday, June 2 at the Al-Mutamid square in Silves.
Apart from being able to taste this regional delicacy, visitors will also have the opportunity to taste many other traditional dishes and sweets while enjoying several live music performances.
The event will begin each day at 6pm with festivities running until 1am on the first two days and until 11pm on the last.
Admission is free.
