PAN, the People Animals Nature party has just left supporters scratching their heads. MP André Silva has told reporters the party “could change its position” over lithium mining if the rules governing concessions were changed and populations were properly heard.
Silva was in Bajouca (Leiria) supporting local people protesting against plans for the exploration of natural gas – saying he opposed totally any exploration of fossil fuels.
