PAN calls for “water births” to be offered by State health service

PAN, the People’s Animals Nature party that has just one MP in parliament has lodged a ‘project for resolution’, recommending that the government make “water births” available on the State health service (SNS), by using centres that already offer this way of giving birth and which “already have all the necessary conditions”. PAN is also pushing for ‘a third party’, aside from prospective fathers, to be allowed at births.
