Palestinians return home
The first of 500 Palestinian detainees freed by Israel last Monday have now been reunited with their families. The prisoners were taken from a jail in the desert to various checkpoints, where they were handed over to Palestinian Authority officials. They were released as part of a cease-fire deal agreed between the two sides.
