Paintings of natural pigments in vibrant colours to help calm the mind is one of the goals that therapist and artist Valérie Londot wants to achieve during her classes at Quinta da Calma in Almancil until August 12.
This initiative is directed at adults and children from six years of age.
Classes run from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. Price is €25 for half a day or €50 for the whole day, including painting materials.
