Over 36% of school menus opted for high mercury content fish

It’s not enough that schools up and down the country are constantly beset by strikes, now it transpires that more than 36% of school menus analysed in 2022 included fish high in a mercury compound that scientific data suggests poses a “relevant chemical risk” to health.
