Continente supermarkets in the Algarve are welcoming job seekers on Thursday, May 18 for an initiative entitled ‘Dia D’Emprego’ (Job Day). The goal is to find suitable candidates for over 100 job opportunities.
Interviews can be scheduled at any of the chain’s regional supermarkets (Continente, Continente Modelo and Continente Bom Dia) after 10am.
The initiative will be held at outlets in Lagos, Portimão, Silves, Guia, Albufeira, Quarteira, Loulé, Faro, Montenegro, Olhão and Tavira.
“Continente is very excited about the possibility of offering immediate employment to over 100 people in the Algarve,” said Sonae’s human resources boss Paula Abreu.
She added that the retail group is “convinced this initiative will have a very significant impact on the Algarve’s employment levels”.
