Optimum Outdoor Solutions is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. At their two showrooms in Porches (on the EN 125, opposite to Vila Vita’s Biergarten) and Quinta do Lago (halfway between this resort and Vale do Lobo) a team of dedicated professionals guides customers through the many available solutions, so they can find the ones that meet their requirements perfectly.
But selling outdoor furniture, terrace umbrellas and all sorts of accessories to fully enjoy one’s patio or garden is only the beginning of the process for them. With a 2,000 sqm warehouse, they stock product and can deliver most orders within 48 hours. All the prices include delivery, assembly of the products, by their highly experienced team, and the removal and recycling of all packaging materials, so the company’s carbon footprint can be reduced. “We’re here to offer quality and excellent service always”, says Sandro Leandro, Optimum Outdoor Solutions’ managing partner. “When, for instance, clients ask us about the products’ warranty – and they all have at least a 2-year warranty – we tell them that for us any warranty is but a mere legal formality, as we will always be there for them, available to help and assist in whatever they need, well beyond the warranty period ”, he adds.
