Operating hours for health centres ‘can be extended’ to recover consultations delayed due to pandemic

A government dispatch published in Diário de República is allowing for health centres to extend their hours of operation until the end of the year in order to better catch up on ‘cancelled’ appointments that resulted from restrictions due to the pandemic. The extended timetables will allow for health centres to remain open until 10pm at night during the week, and run from 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
