Open houses in the Golden Triangle

QUINTASALES REAL estate hosted an open house campaign in the Golden Triangle of the Algarve this month, spearheaded by their new office in Buganvilia Plaza, Quinta do Lago.

The company says that although growth has been slower due to the economic downturn, serious investors are now rekindling their interest in prime areas and are, in some cases, able to buy below peak 2007 prices.

“Luxury property will always occupy a section of the market and particularly so here in the Algarve. We believe it is paramount to keep refreshing strategies, ideas and communication with our clients”, said Miguel Menezes, who headed Quintasales’ campaign.

“In our experience, visitors to the open houses feel extremely relaxed; visiting a great house is a very easy and informal way to chat about other property issues or requirements, especially if you don’t know what exactly you are looking for or what your budget can buy today,” he said.

Since its launch in 2006, Quintasales has flourished and outgrown the original office space by the Q roundabout in Quinta do Lago, leading founder James Aitken to relocate the sales division, led by Nadine da Silva, to the new frontline offices within Buganvilia Plaza.
