Only bank account held in Portugal by ‘subject of EU sanctions’ contains €242

According to Expresso (picking up an exclusive by Público) the only bank account in Portugal subject to EU sanctions against Russia holds the princely sum of €242. Yes, it has been frozen, but who it belonged to, and how much it had in it before the whiff of sanctions was in the air, no one yet is saying.
